He leads the delivery of our core service lines; Audit & Certification Readiness, AI Enablement & Integration and Strategic Advisory ensuring every engagement balances rigour, pragmatism and long-term value. A passionate operator, Ben excels at driving meaningful change, building high-performing teams and embedding operational resilience that scales.

Janice is a seasoned compliance executive with over 20 years of experience spanning traditional finance, fintech and digital assets. A certified crypto investigator and global AML/CTF expert, she brings sharp regulatory insight, on-the-ground experience across multiple jurisdictions and a pragmatic commercial mindset that asks: "how can we make it work?" Known for building scalable compliance frameworks and leading high-performing teams, Janice combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach that helps businesses stay ahead securely and strategically. She leads AMLTRAC’s audit readiness team, ensuring clients are equipped with the insight, structure and confidence needed to meet certification and regulatory requirements with ease. 

Dev is a highly accomplished executive with over 18 years of expertise in foreign exchange (FX) and cross-border payments, spanning complex markets and regulatory environments across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

He has held senior leadership roles at Western Union, where he led strategic initiatives, built high-impact partnerships, and advised a diverse client base ranging from multinational corporates to emerging fintechs. Known for his sharp commercial thinking and operational depth, Dev has a proven ability to scale payments infrastructure, navigate regulatory complexity, and drive sustainable growth in global markets.

Dev holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and brings a unique blend of technical insight, strategic vision, and cross-cultural business acumen to every engagement.
